Day 29 - Cruise (26)

I really, really, really fancy a Cadbury fruit and nut.  My mind is telling me to eat crap.  Am trying so hard to resist....

I am very pleased that my weight has not increased recently.  Let's see if I can break through the 63kg barrier.  But I feel that my naughtiness over the weekend will catch up with me tomorrow.  Am convinced there will be weight gain :-(

Tried to get back on the Dukan track today.  I was supposed to move onto the Consolidation phase tomorrow but as I'm still way behind target, I'll stay on Cruise for a while longer.

Had a nice lie-in this morning.  Very nice it was as I missed breakfast!

We met a friend for lunch at a club where I half threw the diet out of the window.  It turned out to be such a lovely, warm and sunny day that we ended up staying and drank some Pimms on the lawn while the kids ran around and played.

Lunch turned into dinner.  Happy days ;-)

Reminded me of being back in England...

Girls night out tonight.  I don't think I did too badly.  It's the alcohol that's the problem.  I really have no will power when a glass is put in front of me :-)

Had a lovely (wet) day at Hong Kong Wetlands Park.  Lots of walking and mad dashes in the rain.  And surely jumping in puddles counts as exercise?!

My sandwich tasted soooo good.  I'd forgotten what bread tasted like ;-)

Oh well, the walking didn't offset my pizza!  Back to the chicken wings ;-)
It was too cold and drizzly to do anything today.  Was planning on taking the little one to Ocean Park, but we both decided today was a day for curling up on the sofa and watching cartoons (in my case, start some lesson planning).

We are out most of the day tomorrow and I don't know what food is going to be available to us and I don't have anything at home I can take that is Dukan friendly except for some fat free yoghurt...

I've completely lost track of PP and PV days.  I think I'll make tomorrow a PV day.

Ooooh - weight loss after popcorn for dinner?  Fluke?  Dodgy scales?  Either way, I'm happy right now.  Pizza for lunch though with the kids on a day out.  Did lots of walking today, so hopefully that balances it out!
