Day 1 - Attack


Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
Snack: 1 turkey sausage
Lunch: oatbran galette with philly and smoked salmon
Snack: crispy chicken wings
Dinner: crispy chicken wings
Water: ltr
Redbush tea: 4 cups


So far so good ;-)
