Don't be too hard on yourself, J -- we've all fallen off the Dukan wagon & then gotten right back up again. You've done great so far -- 3.3 kg in 10 days!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you might need to find out what Dukan friendly snacks you can get and have some available. I don't have any chocolate or sweets in the house because if they were in the cupboard I too would be "bad, bad, bad". For my snacks I eat low-fat yoghurt I actually make it myself and eat it with splenda on it. My other snack is boiled eggs. Not very interesting but we should be snacking to kill hunger not for the enjoyment of it or due to boredom.
