Day 11 - Cruise (8)


Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 63.5kg / 139.7lbs
Today's loss/gain: +0.2kg / +0.44lbs
Total weight loss: -3.1kg / 6.82lbs

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: Salmon sashimi, Activia fat free strawberry yoghurt
Snack: 
Dinner: black pepper beef with broccoli, sweetcorn and carrots, Buller 99% fat free vanilla yoghurt

Drinks: 
Water: 1.5 ltr
Redbush tea: 1 cups
Peppermint tea: 0 cups

Small weight gain - phew!

Had my final Hypoxi session today.  Here are the before and after measurements -

stomach 83.3
hips 86.5
thighs (both) 95.1

After
waist 74
stomach 82.1
hips 86
thighs 94.3

Not bad for 3 days coupled with Dukan Diet.  Would have been interesting to see what the results would be like without doing the Dukan Diet at the same time.
