Day 12 - Cruise (9)


Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 63.6kg / 139.92lbs
Today's loss/gain: +0.1kg / +0.22lbs
Total weight loss: -3kg / 6.6lbs

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: 3 turkey rolls (small) with philly/97% fat free cottage cheese, Activia fat free strawberry yoghurt
Snack: chicken wings
Dinner: Chicken wings, Buller 99% fat free vanilla yoghurt
snack: 
Drinks: 
Water: 2 ltr
Redbush tea: 1 cups
Peppermint tea: 2 cups


Relatively quiet day today.  Nothing exciting happened.  Another slight weight gain, with possibly more to come considering I have a 40th birthday party to go to tomorrow night and then a Sunday brunch. Aaarrrghhh!

Am looking forward to the weekend, whilst dreading it at the same time.

  1. Hi J! Just came across your blog. Looks like you're doing well! I've lost 62 pounds since August on Dukan, so I know it works :)

    I love brunches... Especially if they are in a hotel because there are typically tons of protein on offer. my trick for avoiding overload at bday parties and brunches is to eat before I go... Then I'm not tempted :)

    I tried eating before the party, but that was at 7pm and then they bought out curry and cake at 11pm. I was hungry by then!
