OK. So the weekend was a write-off. Way too embarrassed/afraid to step on the scales. Saturday night was great fun. Was a wee bit hungover on Sunday, so went a bit mad at brunch. Monday was going well until the cupcake. Actually 2 cupcakes.
So, after seeing the damage on the scales this morning, I think I need to do a couple of days of attack to get back on track. It's so easy to undo all the hard work isn't it? Especially when your will power is a rubbish as mine!!
I totally agree with the comment you make about so easy to undo all the hard-work! Stepping on the scales to see the damage is hard but quickly puts me back on track. I am pretty good at ignoring the damage if I haven't seen the number on the scale. Few days on attack should get you back into the swing of things.
