Day 18 - Cruise (15) / Attack (3)

Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 63.5kg / 139.7lbs
Today's loss/gain: 0.2kg / 0.44lbs
Total weight loss: -3.1kg / 6.82lbs

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: oatbran galette with low fat philly and smoked salmon, Buller 99% fat free vanilla yoghurt
Snack: 5 malted milk biscuits (blame my friend!)
Dinner: baked chicken wings, 2 turkey sausages
Snack: snack pack of M&Ms (10 mini M&Ms in it)
Drinks: 
Water: 2 ltr
Redbush tea: 3 cups
Peppermint tea: 0 cups


At a playdate this afternoon and my friend (knowing I'm on a diet and have no willpower) offered me my favourite biscuits.  Naturally I had to have 5 over the course of the 3 hr playdate to go with my cups of tea ;-)

I think it will be a MAJOR achievement if I ever get to below 63kg...
