Day 24 - Cruise 21

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: sandwich w/ fat free philly and cucumber , Bulla 99% fat free vanilla yoghurt
Snack: 
Dinner: baked chicken wings, 4 meatballs (Ikea baby!)
Snack: mini pack of peanut M&Ms
Drinks: 1 glass wine
Water: 2 ltr
Redbush tea: 0 cups
Peppermint tea: 1 cup


Had a lovely (wet) day at Hong Kong Wetlands Park.  Lots of walking and mad dashes in the rain.  And surely jumping in puddles counts as exercise?!

My sandwich tasted soooo good.  I'd forgotten what bread tasted like ;-)
