I really, really, really fancy a Cadbury fruit and nut. My mind is telling me to eat crap. Am trying so hard to resist....
I am very pleased that my weight has not increased recently. Let's see if I can break through the 63kg barrier. But I feel that my naughtiness over the weekend will catch up with me tomorrow. Am convinced there will be weight gain :-(
