Dinner: baked chicken wings

Redbush tea: 4 cups
Started Cruise today (instead of yesterday), so ended up with a pure protein day. Writing this down, I realise how little I've eaten today. Not good! I like my food ;-) But I am surprised just how filling a couple of ham rolls are - bizarre!
I have my New Year catch up with the girls tonomorrow. Alcohol will be involved, I'm afraid. Does a vodka tonic have less calories, fat etc than a glass of wine? Will try to keep it to a minimum ;-)
Edit: Just replaced my weight curve on this blog with my updated curve, but it's showing up really small. Anyone know how to make it bigger like the previous? It's a PNG file when copied from Dukan website :( Thanks.
