Day 6 - Cruise (3)


Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 64.1kg / 141.02lbs
Today's loss/gain: -0.4kg / 0.88lbs
Total weight loss: -2.5kg / 5.5lbs

Breakfast: none - was such a busy bee this morning :(
Snack: 
Lunch: 2 turkey rolls with 99% fat free cottage cheese
Snack: 
Dinner: baked chicken wings (can't get enough of these!), 2 turkey sausages
Drinks: 2 cans of sprite
Water: 2 glasses
Redbush tea: 2 cups
Peppermint tea: 3 cups


Yay - a little more weight loss, despite the 3 vodkas last night!  

Went to a children's birthday party this afternoon and completely resisted everything (except for the sprite) that was on offer.  VERY proud of today's will power ;-)

Since I haven't eaten much today, I am feeling rather ravenous this evening.  I'll probably need something else to eat before I go to bed.  A couple more chicken wings perhaps? hehehe...


Edit:  Fixed the sized of the pic and resisted a late night snack ;-)
