Day 8 - Cruise (5)


Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 64.1kg / 141.02lbs
Today's loss/gain: -0.3kg / -0.66lbs
Total weight loss: -2.5kg / 5.5lbs

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: baked chicken wings, Buller 99% fat free vanilla yoghurt
Snack: 
Dinner: curried salmon tartare verrine, baked chicken wings
snack: weightwatchers strawberry mousse (made with skimmed milk)
Drinks: 1 7up zero
Water: 1.5 ltr
Redbush tea: 0 cups
Peppermint tea: 1 cup


Tried an "exercise" called Hypoxi.  Didn't do much.  Just lay there (in a spaceman suit) attached to a machine which sucked the air out of the suit then massaged me for 20 mins.  Easy.  Watched 1/2 episode of The Good Wife.  Then went on a cycling machine (again in a spacesuit, but only the lower half) and as I cycled, the machine did something with the air in the spacesuit.  Watched the other 1/2 of the episode of The Good Wife.   Averaged 75 rpms whilst cycling and increased my skin temperature (there was something strapped to my left thigh) from 26 to 33.  Which was apparently good.

I have 2 more sessions this week, after which I will decide whether it's worth it ;-)  I will update this post with my measurements taken at the studio today and then compare to the measurements taken after the last session.
