Today was an easier day than I expected. Back to work after the Christmas break and I thought it would be torture to be in the office. Luckily the day flew by and I didn't notice any hunger pangs ;-)
The salmon dish was surprisingly yummy. Here is the recipe from Dukan Diet UK website, which I tweaked a little -
Serves 2
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 fresh salmon fillet
1 teaspoon of olive flavouring (didn't have any!)
1 tablespoon of low fat Quark (used low fat philly instead)
5 drops of coconut milk essence (didn't have this either!)
1/2 teaspoon lemon curry powder (used plain curry powder)

Cut the fish into little cubes.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon over them. Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 lemon juice and add salt and pepper.

Place salmon cubes on a plate. Cover with the cream cheese mix and sprinkle with the curry. Put in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
