Oh well, the walking didn't offset my pizza! Back to the chicken wings ;-)
It was too cold and drizzly to do anything today. Was planning on taking the little one to Ocean Park, but we both decided today was a day for curling up on the sofa and watching cartoons (in my case, start some lesson planning).
We are out most of the day tomorrow and I don't know what food is going to be available to us and I don't have anything at home I can take that is Dukan friendly except for some fat free yoghurt...
