Day 3 - Attack (or should have been)



Starting weight: 66.6kg / 146.5lbs
Today's weight: 66.4kg / 146lbs
Today's loss/gain: +0.2kg / 0.44lbs
Total weight loss: -0.2kg / 0.44lbs

Breakfast: oatbran porridge
Snack: 
Lunch: oatbran galette with philly and smoked salmon, ham roll with philly, Buller fat free strawberry yoghurt (which I won't have again as I realised that it had fruity bits in it)
Snack:
Dinner: vermicelli noodles, baked chicken wings, vanilla Activia fat free yoghurt
Snack: 
Water: not much today; maybe 3 glasses?
Redbush tea: 3 cups

Hmmm.  Was supposed to be extending my Attack phase for 1 more day.  But after taking my child to a playdate, where the host insisted on feeding all the kids and the adults, I ended up having some noodles for dinner.  Aaargggh!  I didn't have a response ready when she put the plate in front of me.  Oh well.

On to Cruise phase tomorrow (if I've lost some weight overnight!)
